Talana Talks: Inside My Wellness Discoveries, Daily Rituals, and Vision for Conscious Living
My greatest achievements of the year were three deeply meaningful milestones: welcoming our daughter Athena, bringing ALMA to the Swiss Alps, and launching ANÍMA with my partner in crime – a vision that lived inside me for years, finally taking form.
My best new discovery is biostimulators. Specifically, exosome facials using my own blood-derived exosomes. I’m endlessly curious about the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to regenerate itself.
My favourite new product or device is a good hydrosol for keeping skin dewy throughout the day, and a barrier balm for recovery when travelling or doing cold plunges and saunas- they tend to dry out the skin. Also, I am loving Medicube PDRN Cream, Sunday Naturals Clean Protein and Matcha Botanicals.

A podcast I’m really enjoying is the Mel Robbins Podcast – practical and relatable.
Two books I’ve read recently and loved are Outlive by Peter Attia and A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles. I escape through books.
A new place I visited and adored was Copenhagen – everything feels considered and functional. The design-forward approach makes even mundane things stylish.
An item I’ve added to my wardrobe is a linen set from Atelier Handmade. They use plant-based dyes and all their pieces are made by Ukrainian artisans who continue their craft despite everything. The linen has a frequency you can feel. I’m not a big shopper, but I love discovering pieces from concept stores that are considered and not mass-produced.

A new mantra to live by is ‘believe in yourself and own it.’
The best meal I recently ate was at Locale 21 in Copenhagen.
A person I met and admired was James Nestor. I welcomed him to ALMA in Switzerland this year. His breathwork session was powerful – a reminder of the science-backed impact of something as simple as breath.
A new ritual I have incorporated is nervous system regulation and digital detox. I never look at my phone when I first wake up – a small ritual that’s made a big difference.
A great piece of advice I have been given is to make more time to connect, feel, and regulate.

A wellness practice I’ve discovered is with Dr Tamsin Lewis. We recently filmed a Bio Harmony Protocol, which will launch through ANÍMA later this year. It explores different approaches to supporting the nervous system – regulation is foundational to longevity. Main takeaways: heart rate variability (HRV) is a powerful health compass, get into your own body and breathwork is the fastest nervous system reset.
My most romantic moment was a trip to Lake Como and simply being there for each other.
My plan for 2026 involves reshaping how we approach optimal living and how we show up for our community through ANÍMA. That means new destinations, new wellness experiences, rituals, products and partnerships I’m so excited to share.
